Dari/Farsi or Pashto Speaker First Friend

Start date: Ongoing
Last updated

A First Friend Mentor has the opportunity to assist in a myriad of ways. They are able to match with an individual client or family to provide community orientation and friendship. They can support numerous clients via check-in calls, deliveries, rides to appointments, navigation of grocery stores, etc. There is also the need for assistance in welcoming our newest arrivals at their temporary housing location. First friends would visit this location, checking-in on clients, directing them to a nearby grocery store, or taking them to a nearby park to socialize.
